GALERIAS RUSTICAS HOY Y AYER

Desde las antiguas galerias de cabanas Cap Cod americanas a las de la epoca victoriana o aquellas de la zona del Mediterraneo con sus arcadas y techos de teja y vigas gruesas de madera, todas son muy interesantes .

Normalmente el naranja no se acepta como un color buen companero del estilo rustico, pero esto no es tan cierto.
Siempre y cuando este bien acompanado, el tono naranja puede integrarse al estilo rustico, no como color base sino para los toques de color.
Va muy bien con los tostados, revaloriza los tiza y beiges, y tambien se lleva excelente con el blanco y el negro, de modo que porque no usarlo?

Calypso for Target Preview and Giveaway
After I moved to New York, shopping at Calypso St. Barth stores became a favorite pastime. Not only do they have great colorful clothing and chic sandals but great furniture and accessories for the home. Now those of you who don't live near a Calypso store can take home their island inspired aesthetic from their new collection for Target when it is unveiled on May 1, 2011. I had the opportunity to shop the sneak preview recently and I know you are going to love the summer dresses, elephant tea pot, and cute kid's clothes. Best of all, Target has graciously offered up two of the signature Calypso St. Barth poufs - one silver and one gold - to lucky Habitually Chic readers!

Best of the Week on BB&B
What a busy week with so many extraordinary events happening! The Royal Wedding was a day to remember ~ and speaking of weddings, today is our 17th wedding anniversary. We are not going to be riding in a carriage or flying out in a helicopter, but we will celebrate this day, just as we did 17 years ago.
