Naturally Lake House with Contemporary Design

Contemporary Minimalist House in Seattle Capitol Hill

This house became one of major works from Pb Elemental Architecture, located in Seattle’s Capitol Hill urban community, with all needs covered include living rooms, garages and green space. The outside wall of the house is seen as a minimalist architecture with clad in aluminum panels, white and black, accented with Cedar. Equipped with big windows and a transparent facing towards the road, in addition to providing access to a more open view towards the outside, the window glass is once again adding voyeuristic element to the house, which gives a more intimate view of the master suite and living room floor. Contemporary Stone House Design

A beautiful house surrounded by stone walls with charming, this is a project undertaken by James D. LaRue Architects. The house is located in the area of 12th fairway, a golf course west of Austin, has a building area that is steep. This further confirms the beauty of contemporary design with glass-walled living room overlooking the golf course area below. With steep slopes become an advantage to get the views of the hillside, more broadly, allowing for stunning views from almost every room in the house.
