A-Cero Architects are create a house that was beautiful and exotic, this is a reform of a house located on the outskirts of Madrid. Developed in three different levels, to meet the needs of their customers. A perfect home function combined with the property needs to adapt to environmental conditions, the result creates a beautiful architecture with concrete walls. Concrete is a material used to form the facade, to make it more functional, all the needs of modern lifestyle into the facilities in this house. There are two areas, swimming pools, sports facilities and a place to relax and cinema room. In addition there is the basement, which for ease of access to through the main area or garage directly. In the central region is also designed to connect to the garage, but it is also equipped with ventilation and good air circulation, making it possible to get the light directly. 

 

This house has two distinct regions with an imaginary axis running from east to west side, with one of the main zone and other zones which serves to further complement. The first area is the main bedroom, living room, dining room and office. Also on the opposite side is used as a place for additional rooms, bathroom, pantry and kitchen cabinets. The upstairs section is visually seen to connect with a lower floor, in this area is used as a bed for a special guest, giving them privacy and comfort for an honored guest.
